It IS our strong belief that God made creation and thus he made the natural
world around us. If we look past our windows, pass busy streets, pass fancy cars,
we just might catch a glimpse of God's love unfolding for us to see.

We are excited to have you partake in this journey with us! Natural-ish-is skin is a small, family run business nestled in Central Pensylvania. We began in an effort to find healthy alternatives to skin care, body care & home cleaning products for our family.

Wanting to purchase wholesome, organic or at least chemically free products, can be very expensive. It is also time consuming when doing your research on what natural products to buy. You see many products may say, "all-natural" or "organic" but there only has to be 1 ingredient that is truly natural and the rest HARMFUL. Then companies can slap "natural" onto labels and advertise it.

SHOCKING TRUTH!
The cosmetic Industries have been self-regulated since 1976! This means that corporations,
which cannot be mentioned.... (think of the the lotions you use or brand of shampoo, now keep that company name in your mind) make their products, then get THEIR OWN SCIENTISTS/EMPLOYEES to test them and finally send them out to who? Us, the masses who really have no idea how harmful and damaging many of these products are.
Further investigating into "ingredient labels" left me disappointed with
the poor quality of skin care products because of all the carcinogens, endocrine disruptors and cancer causing agents they contained. So you see, this is a loophole in the system because companies can put just about whatever they want in lotions, face/body washes, baby skin
care products, etc. and not be penalized.
Heres why:

premarket approval authority, with the exception of color
additives.”
